How To Open a CD Drive Manually
Every so often you come across as CD drive that will not open. You try restarting the computer and tried ejecting it manually but to no avail. This tip also comes in handy when you have a CD in the drive but it not plugged in. This know works with and without power. First Locate Your Cd Drive then look below the drive bay for a small pinhole. What works best to place in the pinhole is a paper clip. Just unbend the paperclip and push it into the whole with some force. If done correctly your CD/DVD drive will open up.
