Online Virus Scan
Whenever I get a computer that I need to fix due to spyware or viruses I always do an online scan. I never like to install software on a computer I get because then I have to uninstall is after. Also whats great about this online scan is that you can do it right through your browser. There are numerous ones out there but I prefer either the one by Panda and the one by Bitdefender. When using these make sure you install the activeX at the top of the browser. Also these should be used in IE.
